I'm 100 lbs over weight and diabetic and wasn't sure about this diet. It is now day 10 and I'm down 10 lbs. My sugar levels have gone down from 260 - 300 to 106 - 195. It's still hard for me to believe the food I'm eating is helping me loose weight.

I've just started the Keto diet plan this week...today July 24, is day 2...so far I feel good. Easy recipes to follow and tastes great. I don't eat meat but so eat fish so have to substitute my meats with vegan substitutions.
