I didn’t receive my second parcel DPD are very unreliable

My order was delayed because the samples were out of stock, so I canceled it. It would’ve been better if my order was sent so I could take advantage of the discount and the samples followed when they were in available. The only reason for the star is that the communication was OK,

Very poor customer service- Dispenser arrived broken & no response from all my correspondences

Not happy with its Customer Service.

I paid £13.99 for next day delivery and it arrived a 8 days later. I emailed to complain and ask for a refud but have recieved no reply.
