I have not used rare rose serum so I cannot review it

Order status could not be checked on the uk website. Order was not dealt with until I emailed a few times which was more than 10 days later after placing the order. Very unpleasant experience like you capsule basically do nothing after payment due to the poor website and the customer service centre.

Your chosen courier service DPD are unable to do their job. Rather than attempt delivery at my home, they dropped my parcel at the Kentish Town Co-op for me to collect. Jurlique is a premium brand, and I do not pay premium prices for your products only to collect them from a budget High Street supermarket chain. Is this your intention for the Jurlique experience? I was home at the allocated time of delivery. DPD never showed up, instead pretending they tried to deliver. When I wrote to you customer service dept I was given 10% off my next order, which I do not think is doing enough to keep my custom.

I have been using Jurlique over 20 years since I was living in the US. I have a high trust in the products. I am waiting for a refund of £112 that was charged 13.08.22 because I wanted to add more items. The sales lady named Clair confirmed on 15.08.22 that they will process the refund. (see attached email from Clair, Order number 55353). It is 3 weeks that I am waiting for the refund. I am quite disappointed at the customer service. I appreciate processing this refund so that I can order properly. Kind regards, Yeon

Terrible customer service. I had to make the same enquiry 3 times. Despite hitting the enquiry button on the correct UK website my enquiry kept going to a different country and each one said 'oh that's not us', and didn't forward it on to the correct country. When my package finally arrived, despite being offered 3 samples on checkout, non of the samples arrived.
