I don't get my samples as the website displayed.

The checkout for free gifts on orders did not function as advertised. They were essentially not free

I did not receive any product after payment. Where’s my order

Good luck with getting a reply from the website web-chat or email from customer services. No telephone to call either. 🙄

When I ordered, it said there would be complimentary samples for each order. But I did not get any, and I emailed the customer service. No Response!!! I paid extra for express delivery. If I knew there was no samples, I would buy on Amazon which I could get next day delivery with free of charge.
