It arrived in good time but as previously stated the packaging was sub standard and as it was supposed to be a present I was embarrassed to give it to her. Tatty box and no insert., obviously hastily thrown together.

Disappointed that every order is supposed to receive free samples yet few are available to select at check out. Then what is selected is never delivered. Stop false promoting free samples when they are never shipped! This has happened time and time again - just stop the practice as you promote this over your website yet you do not deliver.

I made 2 orders in mid April 2023. One was delivered (order 57100 - DPD UK tracking number 1472782418) but the second order 57099 did not arrive. Both were to the same address. I would be grateful if you could check what has happened.

I have been used jurlique firming face oil for three weeks ,the result it’s not I expecting for ,the texture is thick and oily not absorb on my skin easily,and I noticed my skin is getting yellowish since I used this ,expecially around my moth area,I will stop using it and just for my body oil and I won’t purchase again .

I loved the product I ordered but didn’t receive the 3 free samples
