I started using Intake to encourage nose breathing while I sleep. It is no miracle cure for mouth breathing...but the difference is astronomical none-the-less. Intake helps so much!! Glad I found this product!

I almost passed over intake because at first glance you wouldn't think that it was a sleep aid. It wasn't until I read the comments and went deeper into the site that I realized it could be used during sleep. I ordered the starter kit and quickly realized how effective this product was. I've never been a morning person but after using this product, I wake up feeling great. After 7 days I decided to subscribe to get more pads. I used my 9th set of pads on a Wednesday night. My order wasn't scheduled to be delivered until the following Monday. I decided to wait to use my last set until Sunday so I could have a fresh start for the week. That Thursday and Friday night was horrible. Luckily my subscription got delivered on Saturday so I'm good for another 30 days. This is by far the best sleep aid I've ever used and I have already recommended it to friends and family.

Using these to sleep and much better than store bought strips
