I bought this kit for my wife and she is really blown away by it. She has chronic inflammation in her nose and sinuses and this really helps force her nose open for air and kinda bypass the swelling a bit.

These bands have been making my sleep much better and waking up without a headache !! Absolutely love them !! Easy to use and stays on all night . I have tried other breathing strips but they tend to come loose or not work like the Intake Breathing . Recommend these very highly !

I wore my intake while I operated a Steadicam Camera Rig for four days last week. Usually after about 20 minutes I start getting tired and need to take a breaks. I was able to go a lot longer wearing my steadicam vest than in the past with this thing on. Thanks Team Intake! It's great for sleeping, hard labor and all around alertness with proper breathing.

Seems to work well, definitely notice better inhalation. Deviated septum still doesn’t allow complete sleeping comfort. No fault to intake system.

I am so happy that Intake Breathing exists because I've been sleeping and working out at a level I've never experienced before. I can breathe! It's wild how much of a difference this product has made. If you're on the fence, I say go for it! I've not used a nasal strip that comes close to what Intake Breathing has done.
