It took a little bit longer to get my results back but in all fairness it was a short holiday week. The information they provide you is more than my doctor gave me. I am impressed.

I guess the test are accurate. I've done two. Both were different as far as collection goes and then the doctors gave me my results in different measurements. So I had to take extra time to Google and find out the different ways to measure before I could compare.

The results are vague. Wish it would provide more details

Can’t really comment since I haven’t receive the results. The testing was easy enough and it was shipped on time.

The sample collection was fairly straightforward and well described. Giving this 3 stars for now as I have not received my results yet and it has been 10 business days since my sample was sent in but will update when they’re ready. Customer support has been helpful and said they’re unfortunately experiencing delays.
