Followed simple instructions, completed the test but it couldn’t be completed. Probably won’t use again.

the finger pricks are too small to produce enough blood for a sample. not even close. after the third kit i recieved i gave up. $69 down the drain.

I have been waiting weeks and weeks for a result with no indication as to its end date. At this time, I will be able to get the same test done for free through my insurance at the doctors office. Also, there is no ID requirements ON the specimen which is required on all other laboratory testing companies and laboratories. I personally made sure to place a sticker on my samples to make sure proper ID was carried through. I will return to EVERLYWELL.

According to the test I have no allergies. There is the limitation of what is being tested so that it makes sense that whatever is causing my eyes to be red, puffy and constantly irritated was simply not on the panel. There are different types of allergic reactions so that it was interesting to me that despite having an anaphylactic reaction to walnuts and pecans I had no evidence of any allergy markers. Similarly lactose intolerance is not an allergy but I find it interesting that it is included in the panel because it doesn't show up when someone is lactose intolerant. Basically, the test is limited and knowledge of the different types of allergic reactions -immediate vs. delayed vs. intolerances is helpful when interpreting the results. I was generally disappointed and found that the across the board negative results were unhelpful.

My test results were unavailable. I sent multiple emails to ask for a replacement kit but there is no response. Awful service. I will file complaints to Better Business Bureau!
