Never received email to get results and can't ever reach anyone on the phone when I call customer service.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Wrong results .

My first test was completed and lost. I spent 45 minutes on the phone to figure that out. When I got the email that my second test had resulted, it did not give me log in information so I had to wait another 45 minutes on the phone to talk to someone.

Sucks

The results were wrong!!!
