Very difficult to communicate with the poorly trained agent on the phone, who then misspelled the mailing address for the kit, which subsequently was returned to sender. Almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone, with wait times typically in the 20 to 40 minute range, and never a return call. Wasted literally hours on hold, simply to get the kit mailed to the correct address. I strongly recommend that you find a different company to work with. With such bad customer service, how can I trust the test results?

I sent samples back and never got results back and trying to contact them did no good
