Result took longer to arrive then expected.

I honestly was disappointed in the product, maybe it was my own errors but the results did not seem to match up

Pros: affordable, discreet and easy to use Cons: took longer than expected, no online support

Here I pay for these tests, and then get told the specialist can't tell me the results over the phone after I have given every possible part of information needed. So then I get to wait 5 days to get a letter in the mail. It was a simple yes or no. Gees

When we sent the kit back we never got an email or our results. I kept trying to call and no one would really help us. The last time I had called the lady said she would sent us another kit but we never got it. I had left a comment on the FAQ and I finally got an email saying they are testing the kit and I will get the results in 2 days. Finally got the results but it took almost 7 months to get.
