My only complaint is that it Takes way to long to first arrive. After that great. Good job, I’d use them again

This was a trying experience only because 1. it took so long for my package to be delivered to me. I waited nearly a full 7 days longer than expected. 2. I paid for results to be mailed to me and they have not been. I did receive an e-mail, but I paid the extra $10 for a hardcopy. Hoping that can be settled or refunded to me.

Did a one father two child, no names were on the report showing who’s was who’s but results were accurate

The test itself I feel was very accurate. The main issue I had with the process was poor communication. I needed a retest but was not informed. If you feel the test is taking too long you have to call. Otherwise I am mostly satisfied with the service.
