What I am most appreciated about is the communication. Once they received the package back, not only did they let me know they received it, they also gave me a date the result would be ready. There was no questioning if they received the package or not. The results were very easy to read and understand. I will recommend to others!

It took a few attempts before receiving the kit but afterwards process was simple!

Quick process, I chose to get my result via internet, which was posted immediately.

I think it could have been done sooner, I had to email 3 weeks after I mailed test back, the next day I was told it was received. I had two children tested, it didn't say which was which good thing both came back positive !!!

The results were mostly timely. When I first received it, it came a few days late. But after that everything went how it should’ve. Definitely worth the price.
