Over all didn’t take too long Only problem was test swabs , should have a container to put them in , not be holding them feeding them air to dry for a couple of minutes ., I would rather swab cheek and put in a container , quick easy . But kit came in regular mailing time ., and lab received kit back in a couple days aswell and took couple days to have the test on ther site ., I got sent emails and ir got done in a timely matter

I had a great experience, the only reason it’s a 4 star and not a 5 is because I ordered the kit and 2 weeks later I called to find out where it was only to be told “it may be delayed with the hurricane”. I was thrown off at how a hurricane in the Bahamas that hadn’t touched the state of Florida yet could delay a package from getting from Ohio to Washington. Anyway, the lady on the phone then advised me to call back in 2 days if it hadn’t arrived. 2 days later it hadn’t arrived and I called to have a new kit shipped out and I demanded a tracking number. They provided me with tracking number and I was able to watch the package arrive in 3days.. I was impressed with the presentation of the package belongs and how professional it appeared. I was extremely impressed that in 3 days I was able to log into a portal online and see the results and send them to my ex.

Well it told me whether the kid was mine or not so assume it worked

Mailing time of the kit to consumer could of been better. Received it in 20 business days. Tracking of package to consumer would of been helpful. Had to call customer service to f/u.

I purchased a paternity test kit from the DDC website. It took nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive and when it arrived the packaged looked like it went through death and back. After mailing the DNA samples back to the lab, the delivery was faster for the DDC to receive my samples. I received the results about 3 days later. Although the results were not what we were hoping for, I am confident that they are true and correct. Even though the package took a little longer than expected to arrive to my home, I would use DDC again the future if needed. Customer service was pleasant in helping and answering all my questions.
