Return options are so expensive it was a waste of money

Customer service is the worst I’ve ever had!

instead of refunding my money like i asked, because I'm not happy with the product they want me to spend more money, to buy more things to make an expensive uncomfortable pillow even more expensive, and probably not anymore comfortable

Could use the pillow
