Husbandpillow

I sent an email before purchasing to verify i would receive a full refund if I used the pillow and for some reason would need to return it. And that was verified. Now I'm being told that taxes are non refundable. You cannot keep taxes on a product that a consumer no longer has possession of and has returned to the seller. That is illegal. And I want my funds back

Overpriced and uncomfortable

The pillow is very uncomfortable and my neck & shoulder pain has gotten worse since using this pillow, not better!

Paid over $350 for pillows that I never received. Customer service was no help at all.
