Great customer service and timely replies to emails. But wish the pillow (have forgotten its name) was available in Canada. Frustrating to see the promotions and ads for it, but to not be able to order.

Switches don't work reliably and blinking "heat" light is distracting and annoying. Not really what I thought it would be. Sortof small. Feels like a medical instrument. My fingers are more reliable.
