Shipping was fine , the problem is the wand keeps turning off after a very short time, and then when turned on again once again works for a minute and then turns off again, so the battery/ wand doesn’t stay on for any sustained time.

The product is great. It took over a month for it to arrive. I feel that some sort of refund should've been offered.
