Mostly happy with these products - they do what they say, was interested in receiving the laundry balls - didn't realise they were included in the yearly supply order - will be using them for sure - saving pollution and money to boot!

The jug needs a hole to let air in while pouring the water because the only entry point is the beak and it takes forever to pour a glass and when air gets in by the beak, water splashes everywhere.

Oils look nice but they were all loose in the box when I received them. Would have been disappointing if they were for a gift.
