This water is delicious and I it's all very easy to get started. The laundry balls seem to be doing a good job also! My feedback would be around the design on the water jug itself. It's a little clunky. It would help if the filter reservoir clicked into place as well as the jug lid. These are just sitting there, and can slide around/off when pouring water. It would also be helpful if there was a "MAX" water level mark within the reservoir. I overfilled it and then water staring spilling into the handle and running out the bottom of the jug. Just a couple of tweaks with the design of the jug would ensure there are no water puddles during the trip from the sink to the fridge :)

Everything was AA, but I have not received the laundry balls which I understand is part of the package.
