Packaging isn’t great, mine leaked. Shipping is FedEx and my first order was lost and Gussi refused to send me a replacement so they refunded and I had to purchase again.

Product got to me in a couple of days.

I didn't have much interaction with customer service, but FedEx updated my tracking several times to say it would be delivered at x time, and it did not arrive. I don’t mind waiting for a package, I just dislike getting tons of notifications that turn out to be false.

Shipping was fine. Took a bit long but probably due to Covid delays.
