I am on my second time trying Gussi. I was pleased with the results the first time around, although confused with the product quantities sent. There was 5x as much clarifying shampoo than needed, yet I had to use the entire bottle of keratin spray, so I couldn't get a second use a few weeks later. The product fumes/smell literally made me gag so I would not recommend doing this in a small bathroom. I had to go outside to spray my hair. The process itself is very easy and I love the idea of not going to the salon. I have medium-long hair that is in decent condition. After straightening it didn't look very shiny and felt very dry, but once you wash the first time it's better. I would like to see the shampoo amount be less and give us more keratin product so you can achieve two applications for the price which would make it way more appealing. Instead I have wasted product and only a few weeks of defrizz (for me first time lasted about 6 weeks, whereas my typical salon keratin treatment was about $300 but lasted 6 months). Overall still LOVE the idea of this and hope to see it keep improving.

It’s unnerving to receive the product in an otherwise empty box-no pictures, no directions. Yikes!

I think if you use the product and doesn’t perform as it says with all the reviews you should see abke to return for a refund. You can do with with any other beauty new and.
