The products are great, I noticed less frizz in my hair and it's become a lot easier to style it, or rather "tame" it. Some call outs from my experience: 1. I have long thick curly hair. And it took forever to blow dry it and then flat iron it. I spent 4-5 hours on it and had to get my boyfriend to help me get the back. Just make sure you keep a whole day aside for it. 2. Your curls/waves won't go away. Just the frizz will be more manageable. 3. The upkeep shampoo and conditioner are smelly. 4.The conditioner bottle pump is bit wonky. Doesn't really work because the conditioner is thick. Overall, I'll use this product again, but it requires work and commitment if you have thick long hair.
