I keep emailing a problem

I keep emailing a problem I have with the balancing cleanser sample and no one answers me. I feel its great service when you buy , but not if you have a problem or a question as I never get connected with them.

Sadly not great

Beautiful thin texture. Purchased Charbon for my mom and it’s beautiful color on her with a graphite like sheen, but creases and disappears on her within 15 minutes. Plumm is very copper/red on my fair and neutral skin which is not a color I look good in. I would try another color for me, but does not seem to be a good choice for older eyelids.

I’ve had quite the negative

I’ve had quite the negative experience with Gressa, specifically Laura the concierge. I received the package and it was wet and had a strong fragrance. When I opened the box there was liquid inside with stained the tissue paper blue. The purifying mist must have frozen, expanded, and exploded because there were shards of glass in the box, which I cut my hand on. Then I tried to use the cleanser and the pump didn’t work. I tried twice to get the pump to work and nothing came out. I emailed Gressa to ask about a refund, which I am aware they don’t allow returns but under the circumstances I assumed that they would issue a refund. The return policy indicates, "We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare event that a product is damaged during transit…” Here’s the response I received, "We are sorry for this experience. We cannot possibly be responsible for the weather and the cuts on your hand. We cannot give you a refund for this. We are happy to ship the Purifying Mist replacement. ” I emailed back stating that I was surprised by this response. Then I received this email response: "Again, we are happy to send the Purfying Mist replacement and we can also send you a replacement pump for the cleanser. For a refund, please send all of the content of your order back to us. Once we receive it we will issue your refund according to our return policy here: https://www.gressaskin.***/pages/returns-exchanges We cannot issue a refund due to weather and freight mishandling and without returned items back in our possession and inspection. The Balancing Cleanser pump usually needs to be pumped several times before it dispenses the product. Please, be aware that we do charge a 20% restocking fee for every return and exchange. ” I then emailed back to inquire about the return policy and to make sure that if I sent the stuff back that I would get a refund, minus the 20% restocking fee. Here’s the response I received: "If you’d like to return all items, please follow the steps below: For a refund, please send all of the content of your order back to us. Once we receive it we will issue your refund according to our return policy here: https://www.gressaskin.***/pages/returns-exchanges You will be responsible for shipping charges. We will refund all items you are returning. Please, be aware that we do charge a 20% restocking fee for every return and exchange. ” So…I sent the stuff back expecting a refund, after all why would Laura tell me to send all the products back, fully knowing that all three of the products had been opened (which I disclosed), if they were not considering issuing a refund? I mailed the products back and then received an email from Laura, stating: "The products arrived today and upon inspection, it looks like all products have been opened and tampered with. It also looks like the outer and inner black boxes are intact, which means the breaking of Purifying Mist was due to the package being left out in freezing weather. Our policy is no refunds on open items. It also looks like none of the damages in the parcel were due to our employees’ negligence or poor packing while shipping. Due to these reasons and our policy, we cannot offer you a refund…”. I emailed Laura back asking her why she told me send the products back, knowing that they had been opened and “tampered” with to only send me an email stating this and saying they could not give me a refund. Also, this is in violation of their own return policy. So frustrating. One of the worst customer service experiencing I've had.
