Horrible customer service. Once you've made a purchase they don't bother responding if you have any issues.

I already expressed my disappointment with their terrible customer service I received. I've never had a company without hearing the customer's concerns accused me of lying when trying to advise them that I received a lipstick that was smudged. Kept insisting over and over that they don't accept returns when it turned out to be another false information because right there on their website they make exceptions to satisfy the customer but not in my case. I'll never return and purchase from them and I'll spread the word around for their lack of professionalism and also the quality of their products are sadly bad comparing with all the other competitive beauty products.

Cannot use it anymore.Did you change the ingredients?

Took 3 weeks to get a response about a color match.
