Excellent customer support/service

My package went to my previous address. The representative said to check with my former location to see if the package was there as it did show being delivered to old location. I did and it was there! Otherwise the representative said they would do a one time replacement of the products even though it was my mistake.

I would buy this product again. The taste is mild compared to Lugol's.
