The colon cleanse, I expected a big cleanse happen in my bowels but I did not experience that. My daughter tried it and it was okay but not as much as she expected as far as feeling better. However maybe it is just a start. I have taken the iodine and also the parasite cleanse. With the cleanse, it is also important to stay away from certain foods and I don’t remember the instructions to do so. I took more than what was on the instructions as I felt I had to to make it work. There is lots to do to get rid of parasites as I have learned through the years. I travel and have had to learn about this.
