Shady
I bought a grounding mat and called with follow up questions and was really unimpressed by the response. After buying the mat, I did more research into the various forms of electric pollution. I called to ask about the device sent with the mat to check the outlet because I’d learned about dirty electricity. I was told to just plug in the mat and use it. I continued my research, checked for dirty electricity, got a filter and found that it made it worse. Either way, because of the state of my outlets, the result was that using the mat was basically doing the opposite of what was intended, which I’d learned from EMF professionals can happen. I returned the mat and the response to my feedback was defensiveness and a claim that dirty electricity doesn’t exist. When I pointed out that she was denying my experience, which was clear and vivid in terms of feeling the electricity being transmitted through the mat, she said they have research and still didn’t listen. I pointed out that her response was making me question the integrity of the company and that they were failing to provide important information about what can happen if there are problems with the outlet. I was unhappy and unimpressed. I have an arrhythmia and the last thing I need is to be charging myself with electricity. I don’t trust this company. I’m sure their products do help people, but failing to provide important info along with the defensiveness makes them seem shady in my book. My understanding is that dirty electricity does exist. Just a strange, disappointing experience.
