Never had the chance - take 2
Here’s a quick synopsis of why I never had a chance: 1. Ordered a sleep pad for my daughter in NY suffering with extreme eczema. 2. Supposedly delivered in or at mailbox by USPS. 3. Daughter didn’t receive although tracking said delivered. 4. Filed complaint with USPS. 5. Called Earthing, which said USPS will send over claim. 6. USPS says company needs to contact them. 7. Earthing says USPS needs to contact them with the claim and will either resend product or issue a refund. 8. USPS is firm that Earthing needs to contact them. 9. Earthing is firm that USPS needs to contact them with claim even though I sent proof of filing a claim. 10. USPS denies lost package claim. 11. I leave unhappy feedback with USPS and earthing. 12. Rep from Earthing calls me and leaves message. 13. I call Earthing rep back and left voicemail . 14. Never returned my call. 15. My daughter never experienced the Earthing mat and I lost $150!
