I’d have to say that I’ve seen improvement with my sleep over the past week. It’s not perfect, but I’ve slept through the night two times now.

I started using Earthing two weeks ago, I had very bad pain in my back, I neck and my knees. I cannot believe how this has helped me. I have problems sleeping and I would take over the counter sleeping aids and I would wake up dizzy - now I wake up with my head clear and full of energy. I use it every day for one hour. I purchased the half sheet about a two weeks or so ago. I have been having problems with mild insomnia for quite some time. I couldn't sleep more than 4-6 hours at a time. The very first night I slept 7 hours. I am still waking up after about 6 hours but completely able to go right back to sleep and am now averaging 7 - 8 hours a night. I love these sheets!
