My wife has experienced chronic pain for 17 years following 4 surgeries to solve cranial hypertension. She has taken pain meds to ease the pain and also wears a pain patch on her neck 12 hours a day. Within a month of sleeping grounded, she no longer is needing to wear the pain patch.

First of all I have to say that I did not read and forgot what my daughter told me about the time I should leave the mat under my feet.
