I have been using the bed pad for 3 weeks and I am sleeping better and go right back to sleep after using the bathroom. I love it and feel better. When I read I have both feet on the black mat. I use the lap throw for problem areas of pain. All are extremely helpful. I recommend these products.

This versatile Earthing mat was exactly what I needed! I had been camping until I received this because grounding was helping significantly with the inflammation from a staph infection I got in Central America (along with other root vegetables that are charged by Mother Earth!). I use it all the time and love talking to people about it - especially electricians because they have a better understanding as to how and why it would work and it gives me another insight on a potentially better explanation for the next person.
