Please work on customer service
The brush heads are fine, customer service is not up to par. I tried many times to change my password on the Dazzle Pro site after I received notification that my password had been breached. The links to do so were either broken or unresponsive. With no phone number to call, I sent Dazzle Pro two e-mails, and when I still hadn't heard back after 3 work days I posted a message on Facebook. That did the trick, but I shouldn't have had to jump through all those hoops just for a password change. I don't know why Dazzle Pro doesn't have a customer service number if they don't respond promptly to emails, and I'm not sure why it's impossible to do a password change through their site. It made me uneasy, and I have discontinued my Subscribe and Save for that reason.
