If rating my wife's brush, I would give it 5 stars. Rating my own, I would have to give it 1 star. My reasons are stated below. Even so, I would still like to love the product.
I love your product. However, I have been very disappointed in it. From the beginning the charger has not charged my toodbrush as it should. Finallly I took to using my wife's charger every other day to be able to use my toothbrush. Mine would completly discharge over a bout a week's time, if I used it daily and charged it on my unit. Within about 3 months the first bruch head fell apart.
I finallly decided to see if I could buy a new charging base--I sill like the way the brush performs. Failing to find one, I wrote to DazzlePro asking if you had one available. They wrote back saying that if I could provide the original receipt, they would send me a whole new unit. Unfortunately, I cannot. I received the brush as a Christmas Present. in 2014. I guess, foolishly, I tried to remedy things myself fefore, I contaced the company. Since I last wrote back to inform them that I had no receipt I have not heard back.
Maybe you can tell me. what type of inducting charging system is used. If possible, I may try getting a universal inductive phone charger. If that will work, I could still be in business.
