I bought this to replace my serum... absolutely rubbish my hair was so frizzy and unmanageable...I’m sticking to my serum!

I was super excited to get this, however I have used it twice and my hair was almost impossible to brush and felt like straw. Found it really drying for my hair, gutted!

Advertised as a dream fix for brassy hair. Didn't work. No change to my colour and my hair went really dry and brittle. Had to buy some Olaplex 3 to condition and protect my hair from further damage. Would appreciate a full refund please. Not happy.

Well you sent me the wrong order and was too late send back by the time I noticed! I ordered Dream cocktail cocoa infused and you sent me Dream cocktail carb infused! So not happy at all! Judy Mann

Absolutely shocking! Basically eyeshadow for your hair which doesn’t stay.
