Color Wow M2 UK

I have coloured/bleached balayage hair with a natural wave and frizz if left to dry naturally. When blow dried without any product I can get a nice result which is much enhanced with either a straightener or curler. After using the Dream Coat down to the letter on two occasions I could still not achieve the glass like finish advertised. In fact my blow dry was much like it would normally look and left me feeling very underwhelmed. When my hair was caught in a light rain shower it immediately frizzed up. I had used the dream coat the night before so there should have been no issues with humidity as advertised. I use a Parlux Alyon hair dryer and a thermal brush so again there should have been no issues with the product activating. In addition I also bought the colour wow in light brown. I have some thinning around the front of my hair line and although it filled in the gaps with some difference what was worse was the powdery look it left behind. My hair is very thin in these areas so it just sat on the skin and I didn’t feel confident that it looked natural at all. It didn’t blend in so I assume you need more hair and that this product may not necessarily be a good match for this type of issue. I contacted customer services and after several emails decided to return the products for a full refund. This is very reassuring if you do want to try these products for yourself. I am not usually in the habit of returning products but these were just not performing as expected. This is my experience and they just weren’t right for me. I wouldn’t repurchase and I wouldn’t necessarily recommend them. There are many fantastic reviews and so I was incredibly disappointed they weren’t right for me this doesn’t mean they won’t work for you though.
