I need help with an order I emailed only got an automated response not happy want to talk to a person

Still have not received the product after 2 soon to be 3 attempts. Very disappointed

Funny you’re asking me to review a product I haven’t received. Based off of my experience this is terrible and I want to cancel my order. I get products sellout, at least do the honorable thing and notify us via email why you’ve had our money 2 weeks, haven’t responded to email requests, and no shipping confirmation. I LOVED the Dark mouse, Ultra dark mouse, back applicator, daily moisturizing milk and tan eraser but this experience leaves a lot to be desired. You’re better than this, BondiSands!

After trying to contact your company a number of times with no result, I have to say I am so disappointed with the service your company has provided. I purchased Ultra Dark in the 1ltr solution, sprayed it on my client only to establish it was GREEN going on, not only was I embarrassed but had to offer her free tan and get her to wash off the tan that I applied. I have tried so many times to contact you with one response, replacement or apology. Lynley Walker

As i previously emailed Bondi Sands. Your tanning mit leaked and left my hands ugly for over a week after only six uses.
