Customer Service - Faulty Items

I don't keep receipts, nor should I have to when I am buying a well know brand. The tan removing foam was faulty on two occasions and all I got was told to provide receipts and some troubleshooting which is just commonsense and had been done. I now use the Loving Tan range of products due to such poor service.

Only product in the world to cause an allergic reaction on my skin

This left me with a bright red bumpy itchy horrible rash all over the areas I’d applied it to within 12 hours, took about 3-4 days to clear up. Unusual as I don’t have sensitive skin and have never reacted in this way to a product before!

Terrible!!

The self tanning foam was very liquidy and when I shook it before I applied it, the liquid sprayed everywhere. When I rang the so-called help line, they were not very helpful, ended up throwing way the product away and promising myself I will never buy that brand.

Disappointed

I was very disappointed with th fact I bought your tan, placed it on my white dressing table and it spilt all over it and stained it. When I contacted you and sent you photos you advised ‘there’s nothing you can do’!! I would never buy another product off you again after this as your product ruined my dressing table which was worth over £100!!!!
