Delivery and support follow up!
Unfortunately the first attempt at delivery was not successful (even though the correct delivery details were provided) seeking support from your support line they kindly arranged for it to be re-sent! I again confirmed my delivery address and was advised a tracking number would be provided upon dispatch - this was not received!
I followed up twice to confirm if the new order had been dispatched! I finally received a new tracking number to check in and find it odd it required international check in! I followed up with support to enquire why - I heard nothing back!
I have since checked in on the tracking to find it has been delivered to an address in New Zealand! Extremely disappointing and I have requested a full refund!
