This last batch didn't seem to have the same level of fragrance as the last ones I have bought over the years.

The flowers in the perfume look old and the blush was not compatible with my skin color however, everything else was nice. I think moving forward there could be someone to talk with your PR prospects to confirm they will get product that fits their skin color. Thank You.

The gloss looked pretty in the photo, not so much in reality.

All the products are absolutely amazing and they smell so good! Only hiccup is that I got a package with eye serum and lip glosses and the eye serum wasn’t closed all the way. The bubble wrap had oil all over it and the lip glosses too. It was a mess.
