Slowish delivery

I ordered a 6 pack of lip glosses. Two of them arrived broken and there was lipgloss everywhere. What a mess! I emailed the company and they offered to send two replacements. I am still waiting for those arrive. I appreciate that they are replacing them but it’s a bummer that I didn’t have them when I needed them and a bummer that I had such a mess to clean up. Most of the labels came off when I cleaned the unbroken bottles.
