I was very happy with my interaction with the customer service representative that helped me. She solved my issue immediately.

My order arrived correctly but two of the items were leaking inside the shipping package. Not a huge deal because not a lot was lost but I had to clean everything before I was able to gift it.

I thought the shipping said $2.95 for two lipglosses and a mini . Checkout it was $9.95. The lipglosses didnt have boxes. The lipglosses were pretty though.

Good and in a timely manner

The fragrances are light and beautiful, I just wish they lasted longer.
