Products are shown online in cute little packages. Then, when they arrive, they are simply sealed in plastic bags. Not a big deal, as I can wrap them, but a little deceiving if you’re looking for a gift to send!

It’s not very strong or as true to smell as other items

This is a review on the Website, customer service, and shipping. 1. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is because the website is a little glitchy when I was trying to write a product review on the website I was trying to scroll in the review box to read my review but it kept putting me back to the top of the page when the review box was at the bottom so I had to keep scrolling back down. 2. The Customer service was AMAZING! They did accidentally send me the wrong color nail polishes in one of their custom nail kits though, so I contacted them and right away they said they will send me the right colors free of charge and I don’t have to send anything back! 😁 3. Their shipping is really nice too! I always get my packages earlier than expected and I’ve never had any problems! So other than the slightly glitchy website Blossom has done an excellent job with their company! 😊💕

one of my products came broken and ultimately had to be thrown away :(( i was also expecting cute packaging as i have seen on social media but instead it all just came thrown in a brown box, that was a little disappointing. over all the products are so cute and i did receive everything in the order!
