My appointment

I arrive on time but the hair wasn't complete, the hairdresser wasn't not able to do the style is had chosen. Nor do the rap.

Below satisfactory

Arrived 10am and waited 5 minutes for shop to open. I didn't mind but would've been nice for staff to acknowledge this or at least apologise. Customer service and overall experience was below satisfactory for the £97 I paid to have a wig made and layered. Initially hair stylist was adamant a wig would not fit over my head as I have thick hair. I was sure it would as my friend who wears them has similar hair to mine. Glad I researched wigs/got tips from friends before my appointment, as I wasn't given options on how to style it i.e. leave some of my hair out at the front to give a natural look, sew on hair grips to stop wig from sliding, no mention or offering of a wig cap to wear under the wig. To be fair, I have received similar service at hair salons in the past, but paid a fraction of the price so wasn't an issue. I expected better and more professional customer service, especially for how much I paid and from the descriptions on the website. I don't doubt that they get the job done, but the price did not correlate with the service I received, which is why I will not be going back.

Bad closure

I rang the store to ask them to put aside some weave in the peruvian wavy but they didnt have the lengths i wanted. I was advised to order online as they have more stock online. I ordered, paid extra for next day delivery and it came on time. Packaging was not up to the usual standard I have come to expect from years of ordering from beyond hair. No pink box. The velvet bags the hair is placed in to were not closed so the bundles of weave fell out. Also the wavy closure did not match the wavy hair at all. I rang the store to complain and the person who answered the call knew immediately what I was complaining about. They know the wavy closure is coarser than the wavy weave, and it is almost curly. No apology or refund offered. Advised to straighten closure and to use a wand to create waves. I installed it as I didnt have a choice and i bought the hair for a wedding the following day. I have straightened and straightened and I cannot make the closure match. Money down the drain. Waste of time and money at the hairdressers too as i need to get my hair taken out and redone with a closure bought somewhere else The 2 stars are because the hair came on time and the peruvian wavy hair is actually good.

Stressful service but nice hair

Ordered a wavy closure, then on a different day ordered 2 bundles of wavy hair. However, the bundles were a totally different shade to the closure! It wasn't the fault of Beyond Hair, so I phoned to order a replacement and explained the situation: was told to call back the following week as they were expecting a delivery then. Phoned the following week, only to be told "No delivery, that will be the end of next week." By this point I'm tired of phoning to work out when the delivery will be, so that I can do an exchange within the 14 day period. Finally, I decided to order 2 straight bundles and write a special note for them to be as dark as possible. Also returned the wavy, so that I'd be within 14 day period. Would have been helpful for Beyond Hair to mention that on website. On a good note, I'm very happy with the hair. Very good quality. The delivery was also very quick.

Not very satisfied

The hair was ok, although didnt bleached/died like they said in descriptiin of products. Ive paid 360 lace closure which was 120 lire and i recived simple lace closure which is 60 and they didnt refund, furthermore not even answer to my email. Anyway, ive ordered again because the hair extenssions is damaged already, ive paid the new order with products in stock, ive asked sending the order ASAP, but ive ordered tuesday and still not shipping yet ( thsy said order disparch 24 hours).
