Disappointed

Was incorrectly told that the £215 HD closure would have bleached knots when making the order. This turned out to be untrue. Returned the order - closure as well as the hair bundles, however had to chase up for communication about my return and the refund process. Found the hair bundles to be a lot thicker and I would like, however the closure hair seems to be very feather light and on the sparse side. The packaging and overall presentation was nice though.

Lovely place but...

I booked in for a wash and basic wig cornrows. My Appointment was at 4pm and I didn’t leave until just after 7pm!!....(the stores official closing is 6pm ) The stylist that day was new and inexperienced. My main issue was that the salon did not acknowledge the inconveniences or apologise for them either. Also I think any customer should be made aware when trainees are taking their appointments and a discounted rate should be offered if so. On the contrary, the staff were all friendly, salon was very clean/nice and they started my appointment on time -however 3hrs for simple washing, blowout and 6 cornrows is unacceptable hence 2 stars. I’ll give it 2nd chance and see if my complaints are addressed and the experience is a one-off.

Very slow delivery

Low rating due to dispatch of hair 7 days after ordering online; hair received 10 days after order placed and paid for. eould have been courteous if Beyond Hair notified me about a delay in delivery, but none made. Hair quality good, but closure tearing after less an 1 week installation.

I won’t order you lace closures again

This is my second time purchasing a frontal/closure from you to go with your matching hair.. I have found they are of different texture from the hair weaves. this is especially true for the kinky straight hair and frontal i ordered this week

Disappointed...

I was prompted to book an appointment having read the rave reviews, having been assured that my weave fitting also included a cut and style I travelled the 90minutes across London for my appointment...I was an hour late due to traffic. I had a 360 frontal weave fitting, my stylist naturally was a little unhappy at my being late and who could blame her. I came away very unhappy and probably won't book another appointment with Beyond Hair the weave was plonked on my head, my stylist was surprised that I wanted it styled and only got as far as cutting the hair so I have a straight cut across the back oh and she put in a side parting so I guess you can call it styling. I have to say I spent close to £300 purchasing and having the hair fitted given what you charge for a fitting and what is received I feel that I have been had especially when you consider that other weave specialist charge considerably less...I wish I had gone to my regular stylist. So a week after having my frontal fitted it has already started to shed hair right at the front so you can imagine how disappointed and angry I am. I don't really know why I am writing this as I know I will not receive a concerned response or resolution to my issues oh well I can always look forward to receiving a voucher that I will never use...happy to supply a photo?!
