The person I spoke to on line seems rush but efficient and got wrong length of hair

I've given Beyond Beauty 4 out of 5. My hairdresser always she tells me orders her clients hair pieces etc from this company, I've had many hair extensions/enclosures via beyond beauty from her. They come in smart packaging,when my Lady does my hair they look great,when I have to wash and style myself they remain looking good and natural for a long time seriously many many months after. Im very happy with the product,I bought 16" Brazilian natural/black/brown. Delivery was within 2days of ordering , I did have to ring to my order wasnt my hair there'd been a mix up I rang straight away spoke to a man explained the situation,who was very customer service focused,and offerd to resend my order no charge. Being the weekend obviously you have to allow for delay I rang following week late afternoon ,and the receptionist did as she said she would chase up my enquiry and rang back next morning,saying my order will be with me next day. Which it was. I found both the members of beyond staff i dealt with very professional knowledgeable and courteous on this occasion. Thats why a good strong four out of five. Cheers : )

I would give the whole customer service experience 4stars. The processing stage through to delivery was extremely fast and i like the fact that you keep your customers informed regarding their purchased items.

It's good hair, I'm happy with the hair although I paid for next day delivery and it came to two days later.
