I paid for next day delivery and ordered before the cut off time ( 2pm I think?) order arrived 2 days later and I was sent the wrong tracking number. Customer services were great in dealing with my query but no refund of next day delivery charge.

Ordering was simple and I received confirmation that my order had been placed two days later.Then I didn’t hear anything for ten days.Getting a bit worried I called Beyond hair but no one picked up so I left a voicemail message.Three days after my call I received an email stating that my order had been dispatched and it arrived three days later.The packaging was in good order and nicely stored in a silk bag.The hair is excellent quality.
