Delivery has been very disappointing

Website is In accurate, took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive. I also pay the 10 dollar flat rate fee. I assumed that was faster shipping. had to expedite it from a different company. My mother is disabled she couldn't wait. I was calling them for days to cancel the order and it just kept going to voice-mail. I finally got a hold of someone they told me it can't be canceled but I can return it at my expense, and I will also have to pay a 25% restocking fee. I told them I shouldn't be responsible for that when I have been trying to cancel it before it even was shipped they didn't seem concerned. I can't trust this particular company to order anything else from at this time.
