Wanted to return a bed
Wanted to return a bed (Flex-a-bed), Spoke to Kim who by the way, does not tell the truth, she told Flex-a-bed that I never responded to her, to get an RMA. Waited 2 weeks to get RMA from flex-a-bed, now they tell me that I pay shipping to and from when shipping is free, nowhere does it say that on the website, it states that I am to pay to get bed returned, plus 25% restocking fee. I planned on doing that, they want to charge me more than actual shipping charges. Never told when returning item, you pay both ways shipping. Both companies are just a rip off. Bed is still in box, by the way, I paid for white glove service - never got it since my father is in Hospice now and never used bed I had purchased for him. These people should be ashamed of themselves. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AMICA!! HORRIBLE PERSON ON THE PHONE AND A RIP OFF ARTIST!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! KIM IS RUDE TO CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE. AND SHE LIES!!!
