We needed a tray for a walker for my mother when she was released from rehab and staying at our home. After much back and forth, the agent said it would take 2 weeks for the tray to be shipped. That was not satisfactory so we cancelled the order. This was more than 2 months ago. Yesterday, I got an email saying the tray would be delivered this week even though I cancelled it. ???

I purchased 2 replacement keys for my Zip’r 3 scooter for $15. The bad part was they charged me $10 for shipping. There were no other mailing options.

Kim tried her best but we are very disappointed that it would cost $400 to return our $1400 chair.
